Shipping and Return Policies
We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible.
Little Sun Hat is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. However, we will do our best to work with you to hunt down the package and get it to you.
Send a message to: email@example.com to let us know if you think your package is missing.
All international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
All sales are final; no refunds or returns are available. Thank you for understanding.
Order cancellations, additions to your order, or item swaps are unavailable once an order is placed. If you forgot something in your order, simply make a new order.
Please be aware that smartphone screens, table screens, and computer screens do not always depict colors exactly as they will appear in real life. If you are need of an exact match, please contact us for swatches.
If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, we are happy to make it right.
To replace a damaged item or incorrect item:
• Must be within 7 days of the purchase date on your invoice
• Send us a message (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order # and image of the item to verify the item is damaged or incorrect.
• If the original item you ordered is unavailable we can issue you a store credit of equal value or offer an exchange.
